The Vilter Reciprocating Panel integrates with an compressors microprocessor. It now monitors and controls the suction, discharge oil filter inlet and manifold pressure, as well as, compressor start/stop, oil heaters, and unloading solenoids.
The Compressor features an interactive touch-screen with visual indicators of the main components.
The HMI allows the operator to remotely view each compressor status, updating or changing various set-points.
The screw compressor panel monitors the continuous duty cycle, percent capacity, and volume capacity making sure the compressor optimizes efficiency.
We control the sequence of the compressors to ensure they're operating at maximum efficieny while saving you energy costs. Our panels are not needed for us to monitor and control your compressor. We can do just the programming aspect of it.
Our compressor panels will either replace the existing microprocessor that comes with the compressor, or retrofit an older compressor that didn't come with a manufacturers control panel. Our "off-the-shelf" parts allow things to be easily replaced if broken, unlike the microprocssor parts where you have to order directly from the manufacturer will incur extra unwanted costs. Communications to the compressor are industy standard MODBUS TCP Protocol to allow for communications to the existing plant systems.
By utilizing all of the sensors and recorded data, our PLC will be able to control the sequencing of the compressors to know when to load/unload saving your company energy costs associated with wrong sequencing.
